RVA was successful in preparing and processing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the San Bernardino County Land Use Services Department. Key environmental topics evaluated in the EIR included: aesthetics, air quality, greenhouse gases, noise, traffic and highway safety, cultural resources, forestry and fire hazards, and sensitive biological resources.
Extensive consultation with California Department of Fish and Wildlife and Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board was completed related to streambeds/waters of the state, meadow restoration, and the protection of sensitive species’ habitats onsite including southern rubber boa, San Bernardino flying squirrel, and spotted owl.
